Q When will my order be shipped?

A If your order consists of only stock items and it is placed before 8.00am, it will be shipped the same working day or within 24 hours excluding weekends or any holidays T&C apply.

Q How will my order be shipped?

A For all UK mainland standard orders are dispatched via our preferred couriers on a 2 to 3 working day delivery service, if you have placed the order before 8.00am and selected to pay extra for Next Day working day delivery standard orders (not oversized) will be dispatched within 24 hours Please allow extra working day for delivery to Islands and Northern Ireland. For all International orders depending on destination country allow 14 to 21 working days delivery from dispatch. (Working Day are considered Monday to Friday)

Q How long should I wait for a reply to my query?

A We typically respond to queries the same working day (excluding weekends, or any holidays, if your query is urgent please call us on 01992 446181 between 9.30am to 4.00pm weekdays Monday to Friday.

Q When I shop online are my credit or debit card details secure?

A We only accept payments via PayPal, all your financial details are encrypted by PayPal therefore none of your financial information is shared or stored on our website, we only have your name and address on our website for delivery purposes.

Q When I choose to pay via PayPal can i pay in 3 installments or credit?

A If you have a PayPal account and have been approved by PayPal for any orders over £30.00 during PayPal payment process you will be given an option to pay in 3 installments or credit.

Q When I choose to pay via PayPal do i have to have a PayPal account?

A No you do not have to have a PayPal account, during PayPal payment process you will be given an option to pay with credit or debit card during this process you will see a message if you wish to register with PayPal simply select No and you will be making the payment as you would in store without opening a PayPal account.

Q Do you sell my name and phone number?

A We do not sell or rent your information to any third party, it is only used to book your order via delivery couriers.

Q What are your shipping & handling costs?

A For all orders shipped within UK mainland any order total value over £35.00 will qualify for Free Standard Shipping, for an additional cost during checkout you can select to upgrade the shipping to Tracked or Next Working Day The shipping cost for an order value below £35.00 the cost can vary Large Letter Standard from  £1.50 to Next Day Working Day £ 6.95 and Standard Parcel from £2.95 to Next Working Day £11,95. (Working Day are considered Monday to Friday)

Q Do you ship outside of United Kingdom?

A We ship to most Countries Worldwide excluding EEC countries. Since the International Shipping cost is based on weight and volume of the parcel as the delivery cost varies to each Country, If shipping has not been activated to your destination Country Contact Us with the item SKU item number and we will quote you a fair and reasonable cost.

Q Do you offer a layaway / installment payment plan service as you did in store?

A No we do not.
